Some Musings on 2024 Calendar and Rule Activity to End the Work Week

The past week was one that started off slowly with the Missouri legislature working against a deadline. But it picked up steam with more drama out of Jefferson City, House passage of one primary bill elsewhere and there were even some Republican delegate rules (and possible penalties) mixed in for good measure. But here are a couple of calendar/rules-related thoughts as the work week concludes and another weekend commences.
