It Turns Out the Kansas Presidential Primary Bill was Only Mostly Dead
State House Returned on Tuesday to Reconsider Legislation
A day after it rejected the bill to resurrect for one cycle a state-run presidential primary, the Kansas state House reconvened to entertain a motion to reconsider. The House found the measure again on Tuesday, April 4.
