Kansas Senate Passes Presidential Primary Bill

Legislation would bring a presidential primary back to the Sunflower state for the first time since 1992

Kansas continues to lay the groundwork on a presidential primary for the 2024 cycle. The quickly moving mid-session legislation to resurrect the little-used election in the Sunflower state took another step forward this past week.
