2024 Primary Calendar and Rules Updates for May 16 -- Iowa & Kansas

It is a Tuesday. It is an Election Day in several states across the United States. And that did not stop the 2024 primary calendar and allocation rules from continuing to develop. Iowa Democrats continue to strike a different tone than many expected after the Democratic National Committee booted the Hawkeye state from the early calendar for 2024. And delegate allocation is more settled in Kansas for next year than some there realize.
